Ginnie Graham: Expanding world of reading with construction of four new Tulsa County libraries

It’s no secret that several library branches in Tulsa County need to be rebuilt due to age and increased use. It’s something Kimberly Johnson, the library system chief executive officer, has mentioned for years.

Now, library officials are planning a capital campaign to construct four new libraries: Rudisill Regional (1520 N. Hartford Ave.), South Broken Arrow (3600 S. Chestnut Ave.), Owasso (103 W.
